Pricing/payment
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT to retail customers. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, Barclaycard, Mastercard,
Visa, Connect and Switch.
Ordering/ Lead Times
Each furniture order will be issued with a unique sales number
at the time of purchase. Upon placing an order, all purchasers
will be given an estimated lead-time for delivery. A formal
invoice will follow detailing the estimated delivery schedule.
This estimation shall be in no form binding upon mandala and
shall at no point be a condition of any contractual obligation
with purchasers.
mandala will store ordered furniture at no extra charge for
three weeks after its arrival to our warehouse. If a delivery
date is arranged for after this time, mandala will charge
5% per week of the total order as a storage fee until the
goods are delivered.
All items must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
We provide a full delivery and installation service across mainland UK. Your furniture will be unpacked and assembled (where necessary) in the room of your choice by our two-man crew. We charge a delivery fee of 5% in Southern England and the Midlands, 7.5% in other parts of mainland UK. There is a minimum delivery charge of £45 within the M25 and £70 beyond. Orders in excess of £2000 are charged at a flat fee of £100 in Southern England and £140 Elsewhere. Please call us to confirm pricing to your area.
We also provide a worldwide shipping service, either from
our distribution centre in the UK, or for larger orders direct
from our relevant production centre. Please call or email

Important information
All furniture dimensions are provided in cms. Every piece of
mandala furniture is handmade to the highest quality; therefore
some slight colour and sizing variations may occur in individual
pieces, in addition reproduction limitations do not permit our
timber colours to be shown with absolute accuracy within the
brochure and on the website. Please call us if you need further
information.
Please carefully measure the access from the street to the
room you intend to situate the furniture, ensuring that pieces
will be able to fit up stairs and through hallways and doorframes.
It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture purchased
will fit into your property. Our delivery teams are unable
to remove windows or doors to deliver items. Please also ensure
that there is adequate space to situate the furniture in its’
desired position. For the long-term maintenance of any solid
wood furniture, please make sure that there are no direct
heat sources within a metre radius of the item’s location.

Should the furniture item not fit, we will charge a collection
fee of twice the actual delivery charge.
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund bespoke
or custom sized pieces, or pieces that have had custom upholstery
made as part of the order.
Cancellation
We are sure you will love our products, however should you
be unhappy with any of our furniture pieces; please contact
us within five days of receiving the goods. Providing they
are in perfect condition and the packaging has been retained
we will issue a refund less twice the actual
delivery charge, once goods have been collected and verified
in our warehouse. If the packaging has not been retained mandala
will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value.
Refunds will be issued by cheque or to the credit card that
was used to place the order. Regrettably, we are unable to
exchange or refund bespoke or custom sized pieces once ordered.
Guarantee
All furniture is guaranteed for one year, on condition that
each item is cared for in accordance with the advice contained
in the mandala care leaflet/pages on the website. Where appropriate,
mandala will repair the item free of charge during this period,
or we will replace the piece at our discretion it if we believe
this is appropriate.
Liability
We reserve the right to accept,refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including,but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in prices and products descriptions posted on the website.
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of your order shall be limited to the purchase price.
Data protection
To comply with the Data Protection Act(1984) we are required
to inform you that we have recorded your name and address
on our computer for the sole purpose of processing your order
and keeping you up to date with mandala news and offers. |
