Orders
To order, wholesale products must be ordered as a minimum
order of £450 (four hundred and fifty pounds)for homewares
and £2000 for furniture, for some items minimum quantities
apply.
Terms
- Delivery estimates are based on the time from final approval
and a deposit secured, to the time when the order is ready
for delivery within the UK.
- We endeavour to hold all stated pricing, however due to
material costs and currency fluctuations we reserve the
right to amend pricing at the time of order.
- All our products are hand made and consequently have minor
variations, which are an intrinsic part of there charm.
These are not defects and we regret that such claims will
not be accepted.
- All orders are considered firm at time of purchase. Regrettably
we cannot accept cancellation of any part of an order once
placed. Should the buyer be unable to fulfil stage 2 and
3 payments (see payment section below) within 21 days of
notification the order deposit is forfeited as a cancellation
charge, and the order is considered cancelled.
- The quantity of packing and materials must be instructed
by buyers and follow mutual agreement between buyer and
Mandala Limited. Otherwise standard packing and prevailing
packing conditions and materials shall be applied.
- Prices include standard packing materials and methods.
- Additional costs resulting from special packing, or other
requests will be charged and added to final bill.
- There is a choice of options for delivery. Prices quoted
are based on customer collection from our distribution point.
Mandala works with a nationwide distribution company and
we will quote for delivery based on specific order make
up.
- All deliveries will be made under Mandala schedule unless
a date has previously been agreed by both parties. Neither
Mandala nor its carriers will accept claims for damages
if the goods have been signed for ‘unexamined’.
- We must be informed within 24 hours of any damages upon
delivery. The carriage insurers will require photographic
evidence.

Payment
The required payment schedule for Mandala Limited is as follows:
(stage 1) 50% deposit upon receipt of order; (stage 2) next
40% payment prior to delivery (required within seven days
of notification); (stage 3) balance 10% payment within seven
days of receipt of goods.
All carriage costs are on a pre-paid basis.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, company cheque (clearance
will be required prior to conformation of order / before shipment)
or credit card.
All goods remain the property of Mandala Limited, or its
factors until the invoice is paid in full.
Supply Lead Times
We endeavour to carry all products in stock, however delivery
estimates vary depending on the total amount of the order
and production variables involved.
Eight to ten weeks delivery lead time can be required. We
will advise you at time of purchase of availability status.
Guarantees
All transactions carried out by Mandala Limited are not guaranteed
unless otherwise agreed.
Data protection
To comply with the Data Protection Act(1984) we are required
to inform you that we have recorded your name and address
on our computer for the sole purpose of processing your order
and keeping you up to date with mandala news and offers. |
